MY VISIT TO THE DENTIST Print

fakhriyThere are many things to take into account when bringing IWAs to the dentist, whether it is for a simple check-up, to clean their teeth, or for extracting teeth. In all these cases, it is essential to train IWAs to adapt to the environment and surroundings of the dental clinic, the procedures involved, and slowly expose IWAs to real-life situations in going to the dentist. Our community adaptation programme has been designed to make this process as smooth and Autism-friendly as possible, according to the needs of each of our IWAs.
